The end of ECP

The European Centre of Poemics (Europejskie Centrum Poemiksu) doesn't exist anymore. it was a "simple society" (stowarzyszenie zwykłe), based in Lublin, Poland. there is not much going on in the world of poemics, and especially I'm not doing anything here. perhaps we need a change. I've closed the poemics forum http://poemiks.fora.pl. I'm not planning to post on this blog in near future. if anyone wants to become an administrator, please let me know. we had some nice projects, and I hope that the art of poemics will be remembered.

just a simple piece (something that perhaps can be considered an asemic poemic, but the bacground layer - pieces from a legal act about foreigners - makes it less asemic).

the title "styczno" is a piece of a word "turystyczno", which would mean touristic. so it's about foreigners that come as tourists.

wait, I read it again, and I found that it's not an act about foreigners, it's an act about a duty to tell the local authorities where you stay. there is only a section about foreigners in the act. perhaps it's something similar to the Supreme Court poemics in a way.

Anthropomorphism -- the attribution of human qualities, usually to animals; a fallacy in the practice of biological science, but a mainstay of comics. Personification -- the attribution of human qualities to pretty much anything; a fairly common figurative language device in poetry and literature. So, coming off of Flarf and thinking of the insane popularity of Lolcats on the Internet, I thought it might be interesting to spend some time with anthropomorphic poemics. How might poemics work with personification?

It take only 4meg in 16 second video for just 8 or 9 frames, maybe for poemicstrip we can reduce it just to 6 frames ( for poemicstrip spirit ) and not more than 2meg. We need to give more colors, responds and richness or whatever words or terms to make a poemicstrip as one of our newest art or poem terminology or genre . It is just a quick respond on what Sven Staelens concern. There a lot of possibility in poemistrip that can take others as a source. ' This is just an experimental......!
